Each project starts with a conversation about your requirements, scope, timing and budget. The agreed proposal, quotation or statement of work will set out the specific deliverables for your project.

Your content and approvals

You are responsible for providing content, images, permissions and approvals needed for your website. You confirm that materials you supply can be used for the agreed project.

Delays in providing information or approvals may affect the delivery timeline.

Fees and changes

Project fees, payment timing and any ongoing service costs are set out in the agreed proposal or invoice. Requests outside the agreed scope may need a separate estimate before work begins.

Third-party services

Websites can rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment services and analytics tools. Their availability and terms are outside our control, although we will help you choose and manage suitable services where agreed.
